Coaching
Coaching is an interactive process [between coach and coachee(s)] which includes 4 steps:
Observation, discussion, active coaching and follow up.
The sessions can be done
in a one-on-one or in a group / team setting.
Potential objectives are to:
- solve performance challenges,
- increase productivity and/or to
- develop capabilities / competencies.
Tools and methods include: listening skills, objection handling, blind spot, change perspectives and perception, probing
questions and to give and receive feedback.
An action plan (short and midterm) is an important tool in the follow up period. |
